How do I join my team?
Your coach or club gives you a code or a link. Tap Join a team and type the code. A link opens the right page for you.
Join a teamI forgot my PIN. What do I do?
Ask your parent or your coach. A parent can set a new PIN on their family page. Grown-ups who sign in with an email can reset their password from the sign-in window.
My child is under 13. What do I need to do?
A parent or guardian agrees when you register your child with a club. Your club can also ask for your OK before your child saves any practice. Then you say yes in your parent account, or with the link in the email we send you. You can take it back at any time.
How do I find my club’s page?
Tap Find your club and type your club’s name. If your club isn’t listed, ask it for its link.
Find your clubDoes it cost anything for families or players?
SoccerSmart has no family or player plan to buy. Clubs pay for it, by club size. Your club may still charge its own season fees.
Which phones and computers does it work on?
Any phone, tablet or computer with a web browser. On a phone, you can add it to your home screen like an app.
How does my club start?
Tell us about your club with the Talk to us form. We help you set up your club, bring in your teams and open registration.

Sign in, open Account, then Privacy & my data. You can download it or delete your account there. You can also email privacy@soccersmart.app.
Who do I contact?
For your team or season, ask your coach or club first. For SoccerSmart itself, email club@soccersmart.app. For privacy questions, email privacy@soccersmart.app.
