By using SoccerSmart you agree to these terms. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian agrees for you.

Using the site

• Use SoccerSmart to learn soccer and to run your team or club.
• Keep your team code, family code, PIN, passcode and password to yourself. Tell your coach or club if one is lost.
• Be kind and respectful in messages and notes. No bullying, no sharing other people's information.

Clubs and coaches

• Clubs and coaches add only the players they coach, and only the information the site asks for.
• Clubs are responsible for their own fees, tryouts, offers and team decisions. SoccerSmart is the tool, not the decision maker.

Soccer content

Plays, drills and tips are general information for learning. They are not medical advice. Warm up, play safely, and follow your coach and league rules. Stop and get help if someone is hurt.

Accounts

• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
• You can delete your account at any time.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep SoccerSmart running and correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, SoccerSmart is not liable for losses from using it.

Paid plans for clubs (draft: the owner must review this section before launch)

This part is for clubs that pay SoccerSmart for a plan. Families and players never pay SoccerSmart for a plan.

• Renewal: a plan renews on its own at the end of each term (monthly, 1 year or 2 years) until it is cancelled. A 2-year plan is paid once a year, at the 2-year price.
• Cancelling: a club's org admin can cancel under Cards and invoices. The plan stays until the end of the term already paid; after that, the features above Bronze pause. Nothing is deleted.
• Refunds: we don't refund part of a term, unless the law requires it. Moving to a bigger plan charges only the difference for the rest of the term; a smaller plan starts at the next renewal.
• Price changes: the price of a term never changes during that term. A new price applies only from a renewal, and we tell the club's org admins before it does.
• Late payments: if a payment fails, Stripe tries again. After 14 days unpaid, the features above Bronze pause until it is paid. Families are never locked out: sign-in, registration, the schedule and payments to the club keep working.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or keep card numbers. Prices may include sales tax where it applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
